Meteorological Analysis

Tropical depression 19 originated from a vigorous tropical wave that left the coast of
Africa and organized quickly. The wave was declared a depression on September 30th.
A large upper level low quickly sheared the depression though, and by October 2nd the
depression had dissipated.
